Welcome to elumano.com. This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled on our multivendor marketplace. Because we host multiple independent sellers, the policies may vary between vendors, but Elumano ensures minimum standards of fairness and transparency for all customers.


1. Overview

Elumano.com operates as a multivendor eCommerce platform, allowing individual vendors to list and sell products.
Each vendor is responsible for fulfilling orders, managing returns, and issuing refunds based on their store policies.

However, Elumano enforces a set of platform-wide guidelines to ensure buyers receive a safe, reliable shopping experience.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund under the following conditions:

A. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

A product is eligible if:

  • It arrives damaged or broken

  • It is defective or not working

  • You receive a different product than what you ordered

Evidence required:
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

B. Not as Described

If the item does not match the listing description, specifications, or images, you may request a return or refund.

C. Missing Items

If your package is missing parts, accessories, or units, the vendor must replace the missing items or issue a partial/full refund.


3. Non-Refundable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Items marked “No Return”, “Final Sale”, or “Non-refundable” on the product page

  • Digital goods or downloadable content

  • Opened hygiene-related products (e.g., personal care items, cosmetics)

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items) unless delivered damaged or expired

  • Customized or personalized items

Each vendor may have additional restrictions listed on their store page.


4. Return Window

Unless otherwise specified by the vendor, the standard return window is:

7–14 days from the date of delivery

Some vendors may offer longer return periods. Please review the return policy shown on the specific product page.


5. Return Process

If you need to request a return:

  1. Submit a request through your Elumano order details page or email

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo/video evidence

  3. The vendor will review the request within 48–72 hours.

  4. If approved, you will receive instructions on:

    • Where to ship the item

    • Whether a pickup will be arranged

    • Packaging guidelines

Returns must be sent to the vendor’s specified address, not Elumano’s administrative address.


6. Refund Processing

Once the vendor receives and inspects the returned product, they will initiate the refund.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase, such as:

  • Credit/debit card

  • Wallet balance

  • Mobile payment method

  • Bank transfer (if applicable)

Refund Timelines

After approval:

  • 3–7 business days for wallet/store credits

  • 5–14 business days for bank or card refunds (depending on payment provider)


7. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

You may cancel your order before the vendor ships it.
A full refund will be issued automatically.

After Shipment

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
You may request a return after delivery (if eligible).


8. Vendor Responsibilities

All vendors on Elumano must:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions

  • Ensure proper packaging

  • Respond to customer claims promptly

  • Honor refund/return conditions listed on their product page

  • Follow platform-wide consumer protection standards

Failure to comply may result in penalties, order reversal, suspension, or removal from the marketplace.


9. Platform Liability

Elumano acts as an intermediary between buyers and vendors.
While vendors are responsible for fulfillment and returns, Elumano may intervene in disputes to ensure fairness.

Elumano reserves the right to:

  • Issue refunds on behalf of vendors

  • Suspend non-compliant vendor accounts

  • Protect customers from fraud or misuse
