Each vendor is responsible for fulfilling orders, managing returns, and issuing refunds based on their store policies.
However, Elumano enforces a set of platform-wide guidelines to ensure buyers receive a safe, reliable shopping experience.

You may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund under the following conditions:
A product is eligible if:
It arrives damaged or broken
It is defective or not working
You receive a different product than what you ordered
Evidence required:

If the item does not match the listing description, specifications, or images, you may request a return or refund.

Returns must be sent to the vendor’s specified address, not Elumano’s administrative address.
Once the vendor receives and inspects the returned product, they will initiate the refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase, such as:

Wallet balance
Mobile payment method
Bank transfer (if applicable)
After approval:
3–7 business days for wallet/store credits
5–14 business days for bank or card refunds (depending on payment provider)

A full refund will be issued automatically.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
